Séverine Fontaine, a multidisciplinary artist, founded CIE IKB in 2002 in Lyon, France. She designs shows, light installations and immersive pieces that combine theatre, music, images and new technologies.
With a strong NARRATIVE DIMENSION, her creations combine societal and social themes using media that allow for the development of EMOTIONS and SENSATIONS. Each project invites collaboration with residents, artists, creatives and scientists who are an integral part of the development of the works.
We question the IMPACT of our proposals and the relationship with AUDIENCES who are little or not at all concerned by cultural offerings. We are rethinking the creative space in the cultural sphere, in rural areas as well as in urban spaces. We are joining forces to collaborate in a process of AWARENESS and CONSCIOUSNESS.
STUDIO IKB is a non-profit organisation under the French law of 1901 with an active board that participates in discussions on each project produced.
